Paid Mos $1,700 cash to do my awnings (he insists on cash only). In less than 2 weeks, everything started falling apart. The metal holdings all came undone. Called back several times, and after much pleading and politely asking him to come fix - I was told to stop calling and he had no time for me, he then rudely hung up on me. Word of advice - whatever you do DO NOT USE MOS IRON WORKS.
