Our air conditioning went out last night - on the hottest day of the year! I called Turner, as I have for years and years and couldn't get an answer. As it turns out, their place was flooded recently, in Shepherdsville, and they were working from another location. I kept calling and even asked on Facebook for another company to call. I made another appointment - but kept calling Turner. Finally I was able to get through and they were here and had the air back on for less than $50.00 within 1 hour after I called. They have always been very dependable, reasonable and pleasant to work with. Most business' would just close until their building was ready - not these guys!! Thank God~
