I have taken pilates classes and done private sessions at many of the most reputable studios in NYC and none compare to Bluming Studio. Elisa and her staff are some of the most knowledgable I have worked with and tailor each workout specifically to that individual and their needs. This isn't a place where you will mindlessly run through the classical series every time - each workout is different and challenging. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a satisfying pilates experience! Not to mention, you must try the Migun after one of your workouts to help loosen sore muscles;)
