House of Noodles recently updated with new paint, inside and out, so it's looking much better ... still a ' very ' casual place. It has quickly become our favorite on Kauai because of #15 on the menu - Green Bean Glass Noodles with Seafood. You can select the version you like (chicken, seafood, etc.) and how spicy. It has incredible flavor, beautiful eye appeal and is absolutely delicious! We love the seafood, which is shrimp, calamari and fresh fish, with lots of the green bean noodles and plenty of fresh vegetables. We can't wait to go back!
