Normally, I don't write reviews on places. But I do read them and I felt that someone else might benefit from my experience. \r
I bought a groupon from the massage spa and thought it was a great deal. I am now saying ""YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR""\r
The spa itself is nice and the people are fairly friendly. That's why I'm giving them 2 stars. Everything else about my 'spa' pedi leaves SOOOO much to be desired. This is going down as the 2nd worst pedi I've ever had. My first disappointment came when they didn't have mynx for nails. I was told they don't do them anymore. Everyone is doing mynx so how is it they don't do them anymore. Then I saw they had pricing on the wall for gems. I asked for gems and was told they were all out of gems. WHAT??? what kind of nail shop runs out of gems????? Then I asked if I could get some designs and was told, my nail tech doesn't do designs. So I had to settle for just a plain old polish job. I had to instruct my nail tech to smooth my nails and buff. In the nearly 20 years I have been getting pedi's I've NEVER had to instruct someone to do that. That is a given ~ except at the massage spa. After my nails were finished I tried to console my disappointment by saying well you didn't spend a whole lot of money for them. But I can do my own pedi and I feel like for what I got, I might have as well did my own pedi. I feel like I wasted 90 minutes of my life that I will never get back. \r
Although they have good package prices for massages etc. And before my pedi started I was seriously thinking about purchases some for friends as b-day gifts. But now I will just take my business else where. \r
I can not express my feelings now in any other way other than EXTREME disappointment!!
