I stopped by Nancy's Farm with my wife. My wife purchased several plants and we decided to ask about some work we needed at our house. They took our information and a few days later, I received a call asking to arrange a time for an estimate. I gave my available times and was told that the estimate would probably be before that Friday (at the time Tues.) Friday came and went with no call or estimate. Called the next day and was told estimate would be on Monday. Monday and the rest of the week came and went. No calls, no estimate. Very disappointed in how they conduct business and have hired someone since.
