I've read previous reviews people have left and, yes, there are some problems. The fact is, though, they're working on them as fast as they can. In every instance where I have encountered a problem, the call center operators, service technicians and customer support personnel have been outstanding. They all seem to have pride in their positions, and were always willing to work with me. Whenever a problem was beyond their scope they got management involved. Resort TV Cable management worked with me on an ongoing problem, and bent over backwards to find a suitable solution.
