We checked the company's license with the state website, and we found it has been suspended. Be wary!
We also spoke to Dan the Fan Man and Northern California Whole House Fans. We ended up going with the later as the company is a member of the Better Business Bureau. The salesperson was the most professional. The installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We started using our fan this week and love it!
