Bill Manrot did a fantastic job getting the deal done on my new S5 Cabriolet. When I told him I was ready to get out of my RS6 and what I was after he let me know he had a car coming in that I would like. He was 100% right. He got the trade in number I needed on my car and a fast easy process to get the deal done. Best car buying experience I have had. This is my 5th Audi and I intend to go back to Continental for future purchases and service.
I have taken all of my cars there for service and it is always a pleasurable experience. Robyn and Keith do a great job. I drive from downtown out to Naperville as they really are one of the few dealers in the area I trust with my cars. I have tried them all in the last 15 years.
