I called them to have a windsheild replaced on my wifes car. Talked to the Owner and he made a Appt for Saturday between 1 and 3 pm. After confirming appt and waiting all day I called back and was huing up on the first timeand then the second time left a message. When he called back he said he was stuck at a ball game. What business makes an appt and then doesn't call when they can't make it because he wanted to play ball more then keep his appts, To me this is a bad business pratice. Also his state business lic is revoked go figure...
