First and foremost the service was horrible. The hostess has no business being one. She doesn't have a clue on how to be a hostess. I was there just last Saturday. I had to repeat myself to her several times before she even acknowledged me. She rudely said 45 minutes and nothing else as if it pained her to utter words to customers. She didn't offer for myself and my wife to have a drink at the bar or even picked her eyes off the book in front of her. We walked over to the Woodhaven House across the street to have a drink and wait for our table (they were very friendly. I'll return there and have dinner). When we went back to Lennie's the horrible hostess rudely stated that she called my name 20 minutes ago yet she couldn't even remember what it was. She then told us to wait again and just as we were leaving the manager came over to seat us. Even though we tried to salvage the evening we never saw the waiter again after he took our order. I walked over to the waiters station and announced we were leaving. He then hands me a bill for $123 (mind you we hadn't been served dinner yet). I was so upset I told him I wasn't paying it and he didn't react. I guess this happens often. We were so upset we left without touching the food they had the nerve to bring out an hour after we ordered it, just as we were leaving. The food looked cold and very dry. We didn't touch it yet they still charged my credit card (which I am disputing). I called the management today and spoke to Mark. He claimed that if we had a bad time it was our fault (my wife and I) not the restaurants fault. Since they brought out food, they held there end of the deal and he wouldn't remove the false charges for the bad service. Absolutely the worse experience I've had in a restaurant in many years.
