\r Why is it this location can't seem to make my drink right! Day after day I continue to go there, ordering the same drink, and it's wrong AGAIN! 2 days in a row.How hard is iced tea to make! The manager Jennifer standard answer when I went in to complain: ""Sorry, I don't know what else to say"". Seriously. Do you give managers any customer service training at all? Jennifer, at least ""act"" like you care. I know this is a revelation, but customers like myself that frequent a business day after day, everyday, are called ""regulars"", and thats where paychecks come from. more
