I took my car in for car wash this morning. I have an Acura TL with leather seats. When I went to get into the car I noticed that the frontseat was ripped and immediately stopped the employee who had gotten our to the car. He had brads on the back of his jeans and one was folded over and was razor like. I talked to the manager and NO ONE would admit their responsibilitiy or give me the name of their insurance company or the owner. \r
This is the worst kind of service. They not only didn't do a good job they damaged my car.
