I came back to my home here in East Hampton for the summer and found my central vacuum system completely dead. (Well, actually, I think it worked for a millisecond before it smoked when I first turned it on). I came into East Hampton Vacuum looking for help, because a 10,000 sq/ft home without a working central vac system is just not an option. Chris greeted me immediately when I came in, and agreed to come over personally that same day to check out my system. He got it all working better than ever first thing in the morning after getting all the necessary parts. It runs better than it ever did! Apparently, it was never done right to begin with when the house was built...it wasn't mounted properly and had all sorts of suction leaks. Chris fixed ALL of that. Customer service like this is UNHEARD OF these days! They carry lots of other things besides vacuums (cleaning supplies,quality soaps, etc), so I'll be back again soon! Thank you gentlemen!
