We arrived early and we knew we'd have to wait so it wasn't a big deal; however, the lobby filled up past capacity very quickly and they wouldn't seat people until 10:00am which is when the brunch started. It was also freezing inside, as well as, outside. Once we were able to start the buffet; the food was luke warm at best, the maple syrup was cold not even room temperature. We also found a hair in the french toast and when we showed our waiter, Treve, he just said ""Ok"" and took the plate. We would've appreciated an apology or some sort of acknowledgement other than OK. On the way out we told the hostess and got the same reaction, so needless to say we will not be going back.
