I called them at 7:45 from ground transportaion and was rudely told by Steve, the dispatcher, that it will be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later when I called back, I was again connected to Steve who was nasty and rude again and told me to""Hang up the phone and go sit down and he would be there. When he finally arrived I found out I was not going to Bensalem Township for a while, as Steve told the driver to go to Jenkintown COMPLETELY OPPOSITE DIRECTION AND IN NO WAY CLOSE TO MY DESTINATION. There was a customer who had a reservation, and arrived earlier than me ,but she told me she watched Daves 1 st car earlier pull away as she was walking to desk.\r Almost 2 hours later I was finally deposited at my parents house. Today at approximately 10 am a woman called me from DAVESBEST to confirm my return to the airport. I ASKED HER name and she said ""Joan"" which I repeated and wrote down. I told he of the horrible service and that I was cancelling if they were going to run me all over the city again. She put me on hold, came back , and said they were going to go in opposite direction again. I asked her to refund the retun portion to my mothers credit card as I was cancelling and would find another company to take me. She said that would not be a problem to credit back my parents , who had pre paid, I again verified her name and we hung up. \r Tonight I had the displeasure of talking to Steve again, Donna answered the phone when I called and put him on the line. He was downright abusive which in turn triggered me to react in kind. He claimed NO ONE named Joan worked there and that Davesbest would not be refunding my mothers card for the unused return cancelled 24 hours prior and due to their Terrible service. He ended up hanging up.\r The driver on Wednesday had been very kind, and he told me Davesbest has lost drivers due to this Steve, and he told me the driver I had last year when I used them quit, after telling Steve off in front of the 1 owner Manny. \r There are plenty of other reliable and customer oriented limo companies in the are, THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS. I see from the reviews that many other former cutomers also had horrible experiences. I shall be filing complaints with the better business bureau, the attorney general for the state,and any other State agency as well for their refusal to credit my mothers card , after I WAS told they would. USE DAVESWORST at your own risk!\r \r more
