I am here right now writing a research paper, I have purchased a frappuccino and a coffee. 1 female employee named Kelly is being very disruptive and loud. After another customer tells me that he is not able to get any work done due to this employee's horseplay and disruptive behavior, I agreed that I was having trouble as well. When I politely explained to her that there are numerous paying customers that are here working on projects and she's being very disruptive, the supervisor on duty, Dave, stated that they can ""act however they want"" and proceeded to actually asked ME to leave! After I asked to talk to the store manager Mindy Jensen, the employees refused to give me her contact information. They stated that they already talked to her and that she said to ""just kick me out."" After about 5 minutes Kelly, another associate present apologized to me and asked me to stay, giving me the managers numbers that I asked for and a voucher for a free drink on my next visit to their location. The customer service here is unacceptable and unprofessional. This is what happens when you have 16-18 year olds running your business! I will not be back here. more
