I have been a customer of this company for a little over a year now and have never went past my due date or at the very least the grace period. For some reason I just got off the phone with an extremely rude lady named Diana who not only had attitude the whole time on the phone, but lied and said she was a ""friend,"" of mine to get me on the phone plus she refused to state what company she was calling from. She just kept stating she was a ""friend."" Now, one thing I can't abide, is a liar and she was lying. Treat your customers as adults, don't lie and don't treat good customers like we are trying to get by on you. When you have a good customer, treat them like one, and you won't lose them like World Finance just lost me as a customer.
