I liked ACE because of their small size, in spite of their being more expensive on almost every item, but no more. The management is rude and arrogant and their staff is badly trained. I attempted to get a product cut to size, but it was cut wrong twice. The manager tried to tell me the measurement was as close as they could get (off by 1/8"") and I had to accept it. I knew better. It wouldn't have fit in the place intended. I said other stores could do a better job, so the manager then told me to go to someone's else's store if I didn't like it. I walked out and they lost my business forever.
