After trying over 500 sushi restaurants in LA, I finally found my favorite spot. It's a B- location with A+ quality food. You pay for the fish and not the rent. Service is excellent, whether seated at the bar or at a table with a larger party. One recommendation: do not use the commercial-grade soy sauce with the red or green lids; Chef Saito imports different soy sauces (some aged 10+ years) from around the world, and uses specific sauces to pair with different types of fish, always resulting in a mouth watering combination.
