I checked out this academy about a month ago. I was looking for a Muay Thai class and I finally found one in Arcata. The Muay Thai and Kickboxing class is awesome! Its a great workout and now I train twice a week! This past week I started a Kung Fu class, and I loved this as well. I like that I can switch it up and learn new martial arts... who know maybe ill try Jiu Jitsu next!
