The management of this complex is incredibly POOR-they will keep your deposit, take you to court-LOSE and then refuse to pay the judgement that is court ordered, forcing YOU to continue to pay fees in order to collect~because THEY can afford to! They are unscrupulous...This place is privatley owned, not run by a management company, they do what they want, and how they want. You will NOT find many happy current or previous tenants of this complex, search the reviews prior to renting there.....
