I had an afternoon appointment to get my sunroof glass repaired, but realized I had forgotten an important appointment that I couldn't afford to miss. I called in, assuming I would have to reschedule for another day, but instead was told they could get a technician out to me early enough to do the job before I had to leave. That's service!!
