I got my bridal gown from them. It was beautiful and resonably priced.
The alterations were terrible, seams not down the middle, pieces not taken in. She actually said ""wear tape on your breasts"" so she didnt have to complete the $300 alterations.
Then, they did not put my veil (bought and paid for) in with my gown. They had the nerve to clam I lost it. It took over 5 phone calls to get them to pay for it, at which time they insulted me. (as if I didnt spend enough money in your store).
It was terrible experience on what should have been the best time of my life. Listen brides and moms - dont put yourself through it - go somewhere else!
