A group of us (9 ppl & a 2yr old) went for Mother's Day on a reservation we made a week prior for 11am. We were not informed previously that there would only be a brunch served til 2pm that day. You could order nothing off the menu AT ALL. The website also doesn't mention it anywhere. So being Mother's Day & not able to just leave and go somewhere else without a 2 hour wait, we all stayed for the brunch buffet. It was mostly breakfast items that were ""okay"" & very few lunch items that really weren't anything special. It didn't even seem to be any items off their menu! We were all really looking forward to eating off what looks to be a wonderful menu. Truly sad we didn't get to do so. But the worst part was the buffet was $27.99!!!!! AND they added gratuity to it! I get that for large parties, but for a buffet?!! Our server was really nice, but she didn't have too much to do for us. We would have tipped her well & felt good about it as over half the group is in the industry!! But instead it left a sour taste in our mouth! I admit we should have asked the price, but we were kind of stuck! Prior to seeing the price & gratuity, we were all considering when we could go back during the week to try out some of the delicious looking items on the menu...but nevermind now! Won't be giving them another dime of my $$$. Truly sad way of doing business! more
