When I decided to join Fit Body Boot Camp Elkins Park, I had certain fitness goals in mind. My main concerns were general fitness, conditioning and reducing abdominal fat, which all needed significant improvement.
After three months of Boot Camps, I feel much better and I have improved my endurance and strength. I really appreciate the structure and guidance associated with Boot Camp workouts. I have achieved good results so far, but I'm looking to progress even further and Boot Camp will certainly help me get there!
I would recommended Boot Camps to anyone that requires a structured exercise program that provides rapid results.
