I sent my family's old 8mm films to Sallieann Ehrhart at Video Now to be converted to a DVD back in Feb. 2011. She never returned any of my phone calls after I sent the films and tried to get an update. Finally I got in touch with her and after more of a runaround - she finally gave me a price and said the DVD was done and that I had to mail her 1/2 the amount and then she would mail the DVD to me in NJ. I mailed the check overnight - she called to say she received it and would be putting the DVD in the mail the next day. I never received the DVD. She's already cashed my check - she now has my money, the so-called converted DVD and my family's old films which are of no value to her yet she still has them and I have nothing. I've called about 15 times over the last week and have gotten no response. I am planning to file a lawsuit. I think Video Now stinks!
