WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been one to complain about customer service or anything like that since I work in the field and understand the difficulties that come with it. However, I have NEVER experienced customer service this bad. They have a great selection of dresses and I ordered mine months ago. I called 3 months later to check the status and was left on hold for 30min and then was told my dress was not in but it would be in in 3 days. I called back 3 days later and was put on hold for 20min only to be told my dress still was not in but she said she tracked it and it would be in next week. i called the following week and was told that they were too busy to help me so i would have to call back. I called back the follwing day and was put on hold for AN HOUR AND A HALF (no exageration) only to be told that my dress had actually never shipped from the designer and that it was on hold at the location and that they needed to request for it to be taken off hold and it would be here the next week (meaning the woman who told me it had been shipped had lied to me). I called back the next week and NO ONE knows where my dress is and they keep telling me they will need to call me back (which they are not!!!!) I need my dress in 3 weeks and I will still need to get it tailored once it arrives and I still do not know where it is. more
