I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received by Leo's. For 2 days in a row Leo's did not show up to our home for our free tree removal estimate. And what's worse, the customer service woman on the phone was extremely rude, abrupt, unhelpful, and simply nasty. I would not recommend Leo's. There's other highly rated companies that will treat you right as a customer. No need to go here and be treated disrespectfully by a phone customer service person.
