I come to Crossroads 2-3 times a month for dinner because we live close by and we LOVE the food. We always share the Reuben and a Strawberry salad, but the last few times we've been in the service has been terrible (to be fair, I think it is a new server that we are not used to having). She is rude and always seems a little...out of it. It has prevented us from returning quite as often. Which is a shame because we really love everything else about the place.
