I know, I know - people always say ""don't go to the dealer for service, it's a rip off."" I thought that to be true when I had a Subaru. Every time we took it in, something was wrong and it was a $500 - $1000 fix.
We bought our Pilot in 2009 and have not had any issues. Every time I go in for a service appointment, I am greeted warmly, and taken care of promptly and courteously. I can choose to wait in their lounge - with TV, coffee, etc. Or, someone will drive you back home, a service which I usually take advantage of since I only live a couple of miles away.
I really cannot say enough about the staff here - they are knowledgeable and friendly and I never, EVER feel like they are ripping me off. Because of Honda service, my next car will definitely be another Honda!
