WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had Steve come and assess my computer situation, he told me it was going to take almost $400. At the time, this was a lot of money but I needed the computer to work. Steve left and I immediately reviewed with my wife and we decided that we needed to wait for financial reasons. I called Steve 6 times over the next 4 hours with no response to change his approach, I would pay him for his assessment but didn't want the rest of the work done. He was not available, didn't respond to messages until 6 to 8 hours later. Steve then told me I was out of luck and had already paid and he had already done the work. I explained that it isn't my fault that he didn't answer the phone. After some heated debate (what ever happened to customer satisfaction?) - Steve said he would refund my money and give me the computer back. It is now 5 months later and despite numerous phone calls reminding Steve of the money, I still do not have the money. Save your $ and go to someone that does a good job and is a person of integrity. This is clearly not how Summers Technologies operates.
