There is a new owner in town! Just recently a new chef took over management at Elizabeth's Restaurant. I used to go there often (under the old ownership) and I thought his food was quite delicious. However, now, I can truly say the specials are mouthwatering and offer something that many other restaurants in the area lack! The last time I ate there, I brought my brother for dinner and I ordered the rack of lamb... MMMMM.. It was marinated in the chef's homemade concoction of rosemary, olive oil and garlic. It was served with a hefty helping of roasted garlic mashed potatoes and french cut green beans. He is an exceptional chef and I look forward to returning with more friends and family.
