My wife went in to buy 2 matching tires and was substantially overcharged for a mismatched set. I contacted the manager who informed me that my wife was lying (about what I?m not sure as the tires did not match and I was looking at the receipt). Nonetheless, I eventually spoke to the owner who also informed me my wife asked for mismatched tires and was okay with the cost, insane! She was charged nearly $500 for 2 cheap $140 tires. The company will not allow a return or a refund even though the tires have less than 5 miles on them. Note: She was also quote $800 to replace an air filter!
