These buildings were constructed in 1929 and were once THE PLACE TO LIVE. Huge floor plans, decrative fireplaces, garden views, community of artsy and unique renters.... now managed by a company AIY properties who is to say the least a total joke. The on site leasing agent is a complete flake and serves no purpose to anyone other then lying to potential renters. The units are mostly run down, out dated electricity, impossible to get ahold of anyone to fix anything and should you be locked out or have and emergency and need to contact leasing manager (who lives on site) or AIY GOOD LUCK!
