We have been mistreated and abused at Bayview over the past year. We did not do our research before going with Bayview and we have paid the price for the past year.
They have sent us three bills for things we should not have had to pay for. The first one we paid just to move on with our lives. The second and third we fought for months. Someone else piled garbage outside the garbage cans, and because it was on our side of the house, they decided to bill us (not notify us that this should be dealt with, but a nice fat bill). We had to fight it for months before the removed it. The third bill we went through BBB and ended up paying for half after months of emails and letters back and forth.
During the whole experience they were unprofessional and rude. We were even hung up on multiple times.
This morning, I woke up to no water in my unit. I called and they said 'oh yeah, they're doing maintenance in one of the other units' They didn't even have to ask anyone what was going on. I said isn't that something you're supposed to notify us about? She said ""yeah, sorry"".
AVOID THEM! DO NOT RENT FROM BAYVIEW!!!
