OUR LIMOUSINE NEVER ARRIVED! We had a limousine reserved for my sister's bachelorette party scheduled to arrive at 10am. At 9:45am the owner of the company called to say the limousine would be approximately 30 minutes late due to a flat tire. At 10:30am, I called the owner back, who then informed me he had lied earlier and that the driver ""had diarrhea"" and could not pick us up. He had a car and no driver. He offered to cancel a limo scheduled for a prom group that evening to make it up to me, which seemed absurd since that would have ruined their evening, and our event would have been done by that time.
