This dealer is the worst place to by a car. i recently bought a car from them. I requested info on a car that i was interested in, they called me and told me to go and check the car. When i arrived at the dealer the car was sold already the day before. I decided to by a different car instead. i drove the car around the the dealer it seem to drive fine until i drove back home to Hialeah i couldn't drive
the car past 60mph the whole car was shacking and pulling to the right allot. it would be acceptable for a car that was older like a 2000, butt this was a 2010. I called they said don't worry about it bring it they'll take care of it.
It took about a week for them to look at the car to tell me that i had to take it to a tire shop to get it fix. I went to the shop they charged me $250 for a bad tire/ wheel alignment / high speed balancing, i called them at the dealer then they tell me that they don't cover that. After that they took 2 months to get my license plates, when i bought the car they told me that they take car of the registrations and license plate frees. Again they lie, I called the dealer the finally told me they have my plates and told me to come pick them up. I get to the dealer and they hit me across the head with a $390 for the plates, then had the nerve to tell me that they charge everyone for it. They ask me for a co signer to get lower monthly payments, they change the paper work so the person i brought to co signed for the car ended up being the purchaser instead of the co signer, without permission. I gave 3000 down plus all the bull from them it cost me about 4000. I'm currently taking legal actions against them. I warn anybody that do business with them. they are very unprofessional.
