I made a follow up appointment with the office (to complete a job) during the time the owner was on vacation. The guy answering the phone had no people skills, but did set an appointment. I asked for an early morning so I could get to work, and the earliest ANY day was starting at 9:30 with a window to 10:30. On the morning of the appointment which was from 9:30 to 10:30, the owner called (at 9:45) and said he'd just landed and had to go pick up his kids, and when was our appointment? When I said ""right now"" he became angry and said he couldn't make it until later. When I told him his office help had set the appointment he became angry with ME, (Hello, I?m a paying customer?!?). I'd taken time off from work to get my stove repaired. They advertise they work the hours of 8am-8pm???? and 100% satisfaction. I lost a half day of work, my stove doesn?t work and my option is to call them back to see if they?d show up this time???? NOT ME!!!! more
