Two people were sent for three hours of housecleaning. One of them worked slowly but did a good job. The other could give lessons in how to do as little work as possible in 3 hours. Example: sitting down making little one-finger circles over a small appliance for 10 minutes(yes I timed it because I couldn't believe it), with an end result that wasn't even clean! Whoever owns the business would be well advised to follow-up with customers to find out how much work their employees actually do in an hour. At $25-$30 an hours per cleaner, customers might expect a bit more!
