I want to say a big Thank You to Dee, at Certified Electronics. Because of her suggestion, I got a $900 credit from Mitsubishi, to The Big Screen Store. My 52"" DLP television 'died', and I called Certified Electronics asking about service. The TV is 5+ years old, and no longer under warranty. Dee recommended I call Mitsubishi anyway, because they are known to have great customer service, and maybe they would issue me a credit Wow, was I pleasantly surprised when they offered me a $900 credit toward a new TV. Thank you Dee for taking the time on the phone, to discuss all of my options, and for your excellent customer care. I highly recommend Certified Electronics!
