Kohl's department store is an EASY place to work, but also, it can be hell if it's your only job. If you have to call out for a family emergency, or even if the store screws up your hours and schedules you at a time you can't work, you will get written up and lose hours. They hire new people every season instead of letting the experienced get more hours. They have NO room for growth or movement. If you start as a sales associate being paid 7.40 an hour, you'll probably end a sales associate being paid 7.40-7.50 an hour.
Just wanna warn anyone interested. Also, if you're shopping in the men's dept, don't open packaged shirts to try them on! Know your size before coming in the store!!!
