I thought my speed geer was broken and might need to be changed, because last time I fixed it, the bike shop charged me $20 for ""adjusting"" and told me I might need to change it before long. It turned out that it just because the geer for one speed that I always used was badly wore out, but the other parts were perfectly fine. So the person in City Bike, who remember me although I was there only for the second time, told me just to avoid using that speed, didn't charge me anything, and even refused to take the tips I offered. I am really impressed.
