I was rear ended in my husband's 2007 BMW. The damage wasn't bad but it needed repair. I called BMW of Austin and they recommended Berli's. From the moment I brought the car in to the time we picked it up, the customer service was awesome. What happened to this kind of service? I felt like I was their best friend and only customer. Apparently they have LOTS of customers, they just have a way of making you feel special. The work on the car was perfect and I expected perfection. I highly recommend these folks. And they have a super nice receptionist as well. Gotta mention that!
