I Went back to Samurai Sushi restaurant at Folsom Blvd to claim that they had over-charged my meal charges on my credit card transaction (fortunately I kept the original receipt), but the Lady at the register (I believe she is the owner) did not want to refund the extra charges after I showed her the original receipt along with my credit card statement. She said it's common here customer got double-charges (OMG, It's common), and she has to call her bank first for proof. If so, she asks me to come back to get the $refund without even considering that I have to drive back again to the restaurant for their mistake. What an attitude and customer service.... FOR SURE this is it! ... I WOULD NEVER come back to this restaurant again. They OVER-CHARGED me, and they still deny it. IT'S A FRAUD that I should have reported to the Authority. My recommendation, VERY BE CAREFUL, keep your receipt, and NEVER eat to this restaurant. There are A LOT and MUCH BETTER Japanese restaurant out there.
