I am consistently impressed with Peggy Maben at the Gladstone Toyota service dept. She is always friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem with scheduling, and the team there is ready for my car upon my arrival. Peggy remembers her customers which keeps us coming back. We've bought Toyotas from other dealerships in town but bring them to Peggy for servicing. She definitely has my trust.
