I purchased my Honda Element from this dealership, and later I found it had a cracked engine block. My extended warranty did not cover this repair, so the dealership decided to replace the engine with another used one. The engine they replaced it needed a new part, so they ordered it and didn't charge me a dime for any the repairs. They paid for my rental car too. Jenny was helpful from beginning to end. She kept me informed and was so nice to work with. Jenny made my experience excellent from beginning to end. She works with the purple team and I recommend her and the dealership to everyone now. They will took good care of me and will do the same for you!
