A couple of years ago I bought my brother a $100. gift certificate for Christmas. Three months later he went to use the certificate and they told him it was no longer valid. They had changed ownership, and would not honor the certificate, even though it was only three months prior. What a bad way to treat a customer. The current ownership has the worst customer relations skills.
I would never recommend them.
