I've taken high end clothing to the Blue Ash location and really thought they would take care of me as I've been a ling term shopper there. I've spent thousands there on designer shoes and clothes! Here is what happened to me and I'm sure the story may ring true with other consigners here - the staff was rude and would tell me they were busy to either tell me what was sold or how much I could come and pick up. Finally, after months I got paid. First it was after 2 months of consigning and then again after 4. What I can tell you is this: I stopped by every week and KNOW my items were no longer on the shelves after a week. So what was the delay? Seems lime it was laziness to me. I was also not paid for four items. They rudely told me that they paid me for all they they owed me with no explanations what may have happened to the other items. I'm not happy with th service, treatment, and the head scratching work practices. Seems like something isn't right. My recommendation is for you to take your clothes somewhere else. You might not feel like I did: CHEATED!
