We used Lage's for all of the cabinetry in our home in 2006. In less than 6 mos the finish was flaking off in every room! They sent a guy out who sprayed polyurethane over the dead (flaking) finish. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the dead finish will continue to flake b/c the problem is underneath, not on the surface. Since it has become clear they will not stand behind their product, and the problem only continues to worsen, I'm saving my coins to have them painted. Stay away from this cabinet maker!!!!
